Sunday spin with our new time of an 8am start

Two groups on the road today for our Sunday spin with our new time of an 8am start.

The first group had a star studded line up with some really strong cyclists on show as they finished with over 120kms clocked up & an average speed of 32.5km/h.

The main group continues to get stronger every week with some members just about ready to move to the faster group if they’re brave enough they finished with just over 100kms done & a very strong 30kms/h .

With the Sligo League coming up, I’m sure Aidan & Stephen will be happy with the squad assembled.
